We do require involvement of the nonprofit point of contact to respond within our assigned agreed upon deadlines. Whether this is requesting documents for our Step #1 Reports or reviewing grant proposal drafts and final grants in a timely manner. Without completing your assignments on time, grant submission maybe delayed. We will work with you on assignment deadlines in our monthly grant funding meetings or through email.

We will work with you on submitting grants, however if your CAGE Code needs to be set up, there will be an extra charge for that at $300.We will have you create a nonprofit email that we can send communication to funding sources and, if need to submit foundation grants. If submitting federal grants, we will need access to your WorkSpace.

Once the grant has been submitted, we will send you all grant proposal documents, and a snapshot about the grant. We will also give you the contact information of the funding source and schedule a reminder to follow up on the submittal. This will all go into a Google drive folder so that you don't lose the intellectual data.

We do not share your data and keep all your nonprofit's information confidential.

Can you write grants on commission?
No, writing grants on commission goes against the industry best practices (Grant Professional Association's code of conduct), and is against IRS OMB Super-Circular polices. Plus, we are creating products for you that can give longevity impact.
Can you write grants pro bono?
No, our grant writing services are highly specialized services and take time.
Can you guarantee funding?
We never guarantee funding because that is out of our control. This could be due to a change in priority of the funding source at the lastminute, limited funds, or are targeting specific nonprofits. Certain foundations may also not award grant applications (on average) the first three times that a nonprofit submits a grant application. This is due to getting to know the nonprofit and why so many start-up nonprofits dissolve early on. Plus, an application is not just submitting a document, but it is creating a relationship and sometimes those relationships take some time before they result in funding. Booklets are printed materials with four or more pages, containing details about a business.
What is the return on investment?
You will absolutely get a return on your investment - even if the grant is not initially awarded - due to the grant being a product. If the grant is awarded, your nonprofit will have funding secured and an influx of funding. However, if the grant is not awarded you will still have a return on investment. Once you have a blueprint of how a program can be implemented, a solid budget, and a program plan, then you can repurpose this material for any efforts in building the program.
